The Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Revising the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China which was adopted at the 13th Session of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China on February 26, 2010 is hereby promulgated with effect as of April 1, 2010.

The Eleventh Standing Committee of the National People's Congress at the thirtieth meeting has decided to amend the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China as follows:
