Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Expanding the List of National Laws to Annex III of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China
(Adopted on October 27, 2005)

It is decided at the 18th Session of the Standing Committee of the Tenth National People's Congress that:
the Law of the People's Republic of China on Exemption of Properties of Foreign Central Banks in China from Judicial Enforcement, which is a law of national effect, shall be added to Annex III of the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China
