The Decision of the Ministry of State Land and Resources on Repealing Some of the Ministerial Rules Thereof, which was adopted at the 2nd ministers' executive meeting of the Ministry of State Land and Resources on March 3, 2005, is hereby promulgated.

In order to implement the Administrative Licensing Law and in view of promoting the reform of the administrative approval system, this Ministry has straightened out those ministerial regulations as promulgated by the former Administration of State Land, the former Ministry of Geology and Minerals and the Ministry of State Land and Resources before January 1,2004 in an overall manner according to the requirements of the Implementation Outlines of the State Council for Pushing Forward Administration by Law in a All-Round Way on the system of straightening out regulation sand regulatory documents on a periodical base.
