For purposes of specifying and regulating the practicing activities, of China-based representative offices of foreign law firms and the representatives thereof, in China, and maintaining the order of foreign-related arbitration activities and legal services of our country, this Ministry hereby decides to amend, pursuant to relevant provisions of the Administrative Regulations on the China-based Representative Offices of Foreign Law Firms
