In accordance with the Measures for Pilot Transfer by Quotations in the Agency Share Transfer System of Securities Companies of Shares of Unlisted Joint-Stock Limited Companies in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park (for Trial Implementation) and the Information Disclosure Rules for Unlisted Joint-Stock Limited Companies in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Shares of which Are Transferred by Quotations in the Agency Share Transfer System of Securities Companies, the China Securities Regulatory Commission has formulated the Format and Essential Contents of Announcements Concerning Freeing Shares from Transfer Restrictions.
