Upon approval by the State council, the mainland of China concluded the Supplementary Agreement VI to Closer Economic and Trade Relationship Arrangement between the Mainland and Hong Kong with Hong Kong on May 9, 2009 and Supplementary Agreement VI to the Closer Economic and Trade Relationship Arrangement between the Mainland and Macao with Macao on May 11, 2009 respectively (hereinafter, collectively as "Supplementary Agreement VI").
