Each authorized local administration bureau of industry and commerce:
With a view to thoroughly implementing policies for encouraging foreign-invested enterprises to expand import scale, in accordance with the principle provided by national working conference on foreign investment held in 2001 which permitted large-scale foreign-invested enterprises whose annual export amount exceeding USD 10 million to purchase products that are not produced by themselves for exports, and permitted foreign-invested enterprises to participate invitation of bids for quotas for exports, and comprehensively execute encouraging policies for export, departments of foreign trade, taxation and customs have formulated relevant measures in succession.
