The people's governments of Shanxi, Anhui, Jiangxi, Henan, Hubei and Hunan, all concerned departments of the State Council,
In order to implement the Several Opinions of the Central Committee of CPC and the State Council on the Revitalization of Central Regions (Zhong Fa [2006] No. 10), after consideration, the State Council determined that 26 cities of six central provinces shall implement the relevant policies with the reference of the policies for revitalizing the old industrial bases of North-Eastern China and 243 counties (cities, districts) of the same for Western Development, and hereby notify the concerned issues as below:
I. The cities of six central provinces that implement relevant policies with the reference of the policies for revitalizing the old industrial bases of North-Eastern China
Shanxi Province: Taiyuan, Datong, Yangquan and Changzhi.
Anhui Province: Hefei, Maanshan, Bengbu, Wuhu and Huainan.
Jiangxi Province: Nanchang, Pingxiang, Jingdezhen and Jiujiang.
Henan Province: Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Jiaozuo, Pingdingshan and Kaifeng.
Hubei Province: Wuhan, Huangshi, Xiangfan and Shiyan.
Hunan Province: Changsha, Zhuzhou, Xiangtan and Hengyang.
