To the administrations for industry and commerce of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities directly under separate state planning:

Recently, some localities have found in their advertisement publication the term of " specially provided by state organs" and other similar contents, which violated the provisions in the Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China on prohibiting the publication of advertisements in the name of the state organ and state organ personnel.
