The Catalog of Industries for Encouraged Foreign Investment (2020 Edition), which was deliberated and adopted at the 11th commission meeting of the National Development and Reform Commission on November 5, 2020 and examined and approved by the Ministry of Commerce upon approval by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, is hereby promulgated for implementation as of January 27, 2021. The Catalog of Industries for Encouraged Foreign Investment (2019 Edition) shall be simultaneously repealed.
