Departments (bureaus) of finance, local SAT offices, local tax bureaus, development and reform commissions, and competent authorities of industry and information technology of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and cities separately listed in the State plan, and the Bureau of Finance, the Development and Reform Commission and the Industry and Information Technology Commission of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corp,
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, and the State Taxation Administration decide to abolish the Administrative Measures for the Recognition of Integrated Circuit Design Enterprises (Gong Xin Bu Lian Dian Zi [2013] No.487) in light of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council's arrangement for deepening the Reform of "Streamlining Administration, Delegating Powers and Strengthening Regulation, and Improving Services" and in order to further boost the reform of the administrative examination and approval system.
This Circular is hereby given.
