Branches and offices of administration of foreign exchange of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and of Shenzhen, Dalian, Qingdao, Xiamen, and Ningbo cities, and all national Chinese banks:
To further optimize the business environment and facilitate services to market participants in current account transactions in foreign exchange, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) has drafted the Guidelines for Current Account Transactions in Foreign Exchange (2020 Edition)" (see Attachment 1) by integrating all applicable provisions of laws and regulations, and in the meantime has abolished certain regulations (see Attachment 2).
