The Guidelines for Publicly Offered Infrastructure Securities Investment Funds (for Trial Implementation) are hereby promulgated for implementation as of the date of promulgation.
Guidelines for Publicly Offered Infrastructure Securities Investment Funds (for Trial Implementation)
Article 1 In order to regulate the establishment, operation and other related activities of publicly offered infrastructure securities investment funds (the "infrastructure funds"), and protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, the Guidelines for Publicly Offered Infrastructure Securities Investment Funds (for Trial Implementation) (the "Guidelines") have been formulated in accordance with the Securities Law, the Law on Securities Investment Funds and other relevant laws and regulations.
Article 2 For the purpose of the Guidelines, the term "infrastructure funds" refers to fund products that have the following characteristics at the same time:
