All central financial enterprises, finance departments (bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the State plan, and the Finance Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,
Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, state-owned financial enterprises (hereinafter referred to as "financial enterprises") have conscientiously implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and directives on strengthening the epidemic prevention and control and the guiding principles of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ("CPC'), followed the plans of the Central Leading Group on Responding to the Pneumonia Outbreak Caused by the Novel Coronavirus and the executive meetings of the State Council, based on their respective functions, strengthened financial services, fulfilled social responsibilities, promptly made donations to regions being severely affected by the epidemic, vigorously organized overseas institutions to procure anti-epidemic supplies, passed positive energy, and played a positive role in winning the epidemic prevention and control battle.
