The Decision of the State Taxation Administration on Amending the Administrative Measures for the Formulation of Taxation Normative Documents, deliberated and adopted at the fourth executive meeting of the State Taxation Administration for 2019 on November 21, 2019, is hereby promulgated for implementation as of January 1, 2020.

The State Taxation Administration has decided to revise the Administrative Measures for the Formulation of Taxation Normative Documents as follows:
I. The name of the regulation is revised to read "Administrative Measures for the Formulation of Tax Normative Documents".
II. The expression of "taxation normative documents" is revised to read "tax normative documents", with the exception of the words "Administrative Measures for the Formulation of Taxation Normative Documents" set forth in Article 50.
