In order to conscientiously implement the decisions and deployments of the State Council on deepening the reform of "streamlining administration, delegating powers, and improving regulation and services" and optimizing the business environment, the State Taxation Administration has decided to further streamline formalities for tax administrative approval items, some tax administrative approval documents and materials for submission in accordance with the requirements of the Circular of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the Plan for the Division of Key Tasks of the National Telephone Conference on Deepening the Reform of "Streamlining Administration, Delegating Powers, and Improving Regulation and Services" and Optimizing the Business Environment (Guo Ban Fa [2019] No.39).
