The Decision of the State Taxation Administration on Announcing the Cancelation of a Batch of Tax Certification Items and Abolishing and Amending Some Rules and Normative Documents, which was deliberated and adopted at the third executive meeting of 2019 of the State Taxation Administration on July 8, 2019, is hereby issued for implementation as of the date of issue.

In order to deeply carry out the requirements of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council for continuously "reducing administrative certification for the convenience of the people", further deepen the reform of "streamlining administration, delegating powers, and improving regulation and services" among tax authorities, optimize tax law enforcement methods and improve the tax business environment, the State Taxation Administration has decided to announce the cancelation of a batch of tax certification items again.
