In order to implement the preferential enterprise income tax policies such as a reduced rate of 15% for enterprise income tax on third-party enterprises engaged in pollution prevention and control and expansion of the applicable scope of the preferential policy for accelerated depreciation of fixed assets, the State Taxation Administration has revised some forms included in the Tax Return for the Monthly (Quarterly) Prepayment of Enterprise Income Tax of the People's Republic of China (Category A, 2018 Version) and the Monthly (Quarterly) Enterprise Income Tax Prepayment and Annual Enterprise Income Tax Return of the People's Republic of China (Category B, 2018 Version) and instructions on filling in these forms.
