Competent authorities of industry and information technology, departments (bureaus) of civil affairs and health commissions of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities specifically designated in the state plan and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and the relevant central state-owned enterprises,
In order to uphold the spirit of the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Development of Elderly Care Services (Guo Ban Fa [2019] No.5), the Action Plan for the Development of the Smart Health and Senior Care Industry (2017-2020) (Gong Xin Bu Lian Dian Zi [2017] No.25) and other documents, and keep promoting the development and promotion of the application of smart health and the elderly care industry, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology ("MIIT"), the Ministry of Civil Affairs ("MCA") and the National Health Commission ("NHC") have decided to initiate the third batch pilot demonstration program on the application of smart health and elderly care.
