In order to further regulate and facilitate the national integrated declaration for customs clearance by enterprises, the General Administration of Customs has optimized the electronization methods of documents affiliated with customs declaration forms, and has formulated the Standard for Formats of Electronically Converted or Scanned Files of Customs Declaration Documents (see the appendix hereto), which is hereby announced.
The Announcement shall come into force as of May 1, 2019.
