In order to constantly deepen the pilot reform in enabling the rural collective land for construction purposes to enter the market, and according to the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Extending the Duration Regarding the Authorization to the State Council to Temporarily Adjust the Implementation of Relevant Laws and Regulations Respectively in 33 Pilot Counties (Cities and Districts) Including Daxing District of Beijing Municipality, relevant matters concerning extending the term of the pilot reform of granting mortgages on the right to use rural collective land for construction purposes are announced as follows:
