In order to achieve good performance in the policy coordination after the transition period for regulation of cross-border e-commerce retail imports (the "cross-border e-commerce retail imports") and promote the healthy development of cross-border e-commerce retail imports, upon approval of the State Council, the relevant regulatory arrangements after the transition period are hereby notified as follows:
