With a view to implementing spirits of the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Establishing and Improving the System of Offering Joint Incentives to Acts in Good Faith and Imposing Joint Punishments against Acts in Bad Faith to Accelerate the Construction of Social Integrity (Guo Fa [2016] No.33), further disciplining serious unlawful tax-involved acts and propelling the building of social integrity system, the State Administration of Taxation has formulated the Measures on the Release of Information About Major Tax Offense Cases, which are hereby published for implementation as of January 1, 2019.
