In order to implement the arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting the reform of streamlining administration, delegating powers, improving regulation and optimizing services, and strengthen the accountability for lottery ticket supervision and administration, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and the General Administration of Sport of China has decided, after deliberation, to amend the Implementing Rules of the Administrative Regulations on Lottery Tickets:
