Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Issuing the List of Tax Matters Handled on a One-time Basis

For the purpose of implementing the decisions and arrangements made by the State Council on deepening the reform of "streamlining administration, delegating power and improving administration and services", making it more convenient for taxpayers to handle tax affairs, and optimizing the taxation and business environment, the SAT, in accordance with the general arrangements set out in the Several Opinions of the State Administration of Taxation on Further Deepening the Reform of "Streamlining Administration, Delegating Power and Strengthening Regulation and Improving Services" in the Tax System and Optimizing the Tax Environment (Shui Zong Fa [2017] No.101), has prepared a List of Tax Matters Handled on a One-time Basis (the "List"), which is hereby issued.
