In order to steadily promote the registration-based stock listing system reform and further give full play to the basic functions of the capital markets in serving the real economy, it is decided at the 33rd session of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress that after the period of implementing the decision, adopted at the 18th session of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress on December 27, 2015, on authorizing the State Council to adjust the application of certain provisions in the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China to the registration-based stock listing system reform, has expired, the authorization will be extended for two more years until February 29, 2020.
