In order to deeply implement the basic strategy of rule by law and advance the reform of streamlining administration, delegating powers, and improving regulation and services according to the law, the Ministry of Land and Resources have sorted out the rules concerning matters of cancelling and delegating administrative approval items as required by the State Council, according to the decision of the State Council on cancelling and delegating some administrative approval items and the Opinions of the Leading Communist Party Group of the Ministry of Land and Resources on Fully Advancing the Law-based Development of Land and Resources.
