Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Streamlining the Formalities for Tax Administrative Approval Items

In order to promote the construction of the standardized tax administrative approval system and improve facilitation for the hanlding of tax-related matters, the State Administration of Taxation has decided to streamline, consolidate and optimize the formalities for tax administrative approval items and update the tax administrative approval document format and the schedule of tax administrative approval items attached to the Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Several Issues Concerning Tax Administrative Approval (Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation [2016] No.11) in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Tax Levying, its implementing rules and other laws and regulations and the requirements of the State Council for deepening the reform of the administrative approval system and by reference to the Guidelines for Standardized Administrative Approval (2016 Edition).
