The Decision on Revision to the Interim Administrative Measures for the Futures Investor Protection Fund, adopted by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Ministry of Finance upon deliberation, is hereby promulgated and to be implemented after 30 days as of the date of promulgation.

I. By deleting "Interim", the title is to be amended to read as "Administrative Measures for the Futures Investor Protection Fund".
II. Article 4 is to be amended to read as "Fundraising of the Protection Fund adheres to the principle of taken from the market and used for the market.
