According to the spirit of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (the "CPC") and the Third, Fourth, and Fifth Plenary Sessions of the 18th CPC Central Committee and the overall arrangements on deepening the medical and health system reform, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Ministry of Finance have formulated the Opinions on Promoting the Medical Service Pricing Reform which are hereby distributed to you upon the approval of the State Council for your implementation.
