All property insurance companies,
In order to further strengthen the regulation of credit guarantee insurance and improve the statistics on credit guarantee insurance, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission has formulated upon discussion the Statistical System for Credit Guarantee Insurance (for Trial Implementation) (the "System"), which is hereby issued to you for your compliance and implementation.
All property insurance companies shall, in strict accordance with the indicators, criteria and requirements as set out in the System, submit the statistics and ensure the authenticity, accuracy, completeness and timeliness thereof.
