The Decision of the State Administration of Taxation on Revising the Rules on Taxation Administrative Review (the "Decision"), which was deliberated and adopted at the second executive meeting of the State Administration of Taxation for 2015 on December 17, 2015, is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of February 1, 2016.
