In order to further standardize the administration over export rebates (free export), optimize export rebates services, and effectively strengthen risk prevention and control, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Promulgating the Measures for the Classified Administration of Enterprises Subject to Export Rebates (Free Export) (Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation [2015] No.2, hereinafter referred to as the "Measures"), issues concerning the classified administration of enterprises subject to export rebates (free export) of Shanghai Municipality are hereby announced as follows:
Article 1 Apart from conforming to the provisions of Article 6 of the Measures, an export enterprise whose administration category is evaluated as Category I must also meet the following risk controllability conditions at the same time:
