Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on the Administration of Cost Objects of Real Estate Development Enterprises

Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation [2014] No.35

On January 28, 2014, the State Council released the Decision of the State Council on Cancellation and Delegation of a Batch of Administrative Examination and Approval Items (Guo Fa [2014] No.5), which cancelled the advance filing requirements for taxable cost objects of real estate development enterprises. To properly implement such cancellation and subsequent affairs, relevant issues are hereby announced as follows:

Article 1 A real estate development enterprise shall, according to the principles of determination of taxable cost objects, determine the cost objects of a completed product and issue a special report on the principles and basis of its determination, principles and method of common cost allocation, general information and development plan of the project.
