Decision on the Revision of the Provisions on the Administration of Road Passenger Transport and Passenger Stations

The Decision on the Revision of the Provisions on the Administration of Road Passenger Transport and Passenger Stations, which was adopted at the 2nd executive meeting of the Ministry of Transport on February 21, 2012, are hereby promulgated for implementation as of the date of promulgation.

Decision on the Revision of the Provisions on the Administration of Road Passenger Transport and Passenger Stations

The Ministry of Transport has decided to revise Article 82 of the Provisions on the Administration of Road Passenger Transport and Passenger Stations (Order of the Ministry of Transport [2009] No.4) as: "Where a passenger transport business operator violates the Provisions, the road transport administrative organ at the county level or above shall register and keep its violation evidences in advance in accordance with the provisions as specified in the Administrative Penalties Law in making a decision on administrative penalty.
