The Decision on the Revision of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China adopted at the Fourth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress shall come into force as of May 1, 2014. For the purpose of implementing the revised Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Trademark Law"), issues concerning the linkage between the new Trademark Law and old Trademark Law are hereby notified as follows:
