The administrations for industry and commerce and the market supervision administrations of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, municipalities separately listed on the state plan and sub-provincial cities,

To effectively implement the overall scheme of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on the reform of industrial and commercial registration system and promote the facilitation of the industrial and commercial registration system, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce made comprehensive revisions to the current forms and books of registrations for foreign-funded enterprises for implementation as of March 1, 2014. The Circular on Adjusting the Form of Registration Books of Foreign-funded Enterprises (Gong Shang Wai Qi Zi [2004] No.122) and the Circular on Printing and Distributing the Forms of Registration Books for Foreign-funded Partnership (Gong Shang Wai Qi Zi [2010] No.53) will be repealed for the time being.
