Article 1 In order to enhance the administration of trade fairs, maintain the market order, standardize the market behaviors and protect the legal rights of manufacturers, distributors and consumers, these measures are formulated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Article 2 The trade fair as used herein refers to the centralized trading activities either by on-hand merchandise or ordering which are organized by one or more units and participated by relevant eligible participants, in a fixed location, in a certain time period and in the form of exhibition sales.
Article 3 The party who organizes a trade fair (hereafter referred to as Organizing Party) and manufacturers or distributors who participate into a trade fair (hereafter referred to as Participating Party) shall abide by those Measures.
Article 4 All levels of administration for industry and commerce shall be responsible for registration, supervision and administration of trade fairs.
Article 5 No trade fair shall be organized unless a Registration Certificate of Trade Fair is approved and issued by an administration for industry and commerce.
