Interim Provisions on the Release of Real Estate Advertisements

Article 1 The release of real estate advertisement shall abide by Advertising Law of the People's Republic of China, Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Urban Real Estate and Law of the People's Republic of China on Administration of Land and relevant regulations on advertisement and real estate.
 
Article 2 The real estate advertisement used herein refers to advertisements published by real estate developers, real estate owners or tenants, real estate agents with regard to the offer to sell, offer to lease, sale, lease, transfer of project and other introductions of real estate projects.
Those provisions shall not apply to the non-operational sale, lease and exchange of houses or those of individual residents.
 
Article 3 Real estate advertisements must be true, legal, scientific, accurate and in compliance with the requirements for establishing the spiritual civilization of socialist society, and must not defraud and mislead the public.
 
Article 4 No real estate advertisement shall be published if one of the following situations exists:
