To the Administration for Industry and Commerce of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and cities specifically designated in the state plan:
In order to facilitate the trademark agencies to develop the trademark agency business, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Article 1 From March 1, 2004, the administrations for industry and commerce of various provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government shall send the list of the newly registered trademark agencies to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce for record monthly.
