Administrative Measures on Information Reporting and Disclosure by Direct Selling Enterprises reviewed and adopted at the 15th ministerial conference of the Ministry of Commerce on October 19, 2005 and approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce is hereby promulgated and shall come into effect as of December 1, 2005.

Article 1 The Measures are stipulated in accordance with Article 28 of the Administrative Regulations on Direct Selling.
　
Article 2 Direct selling enterprises should set up an improved information reporting and disclosure system, and accept the administration and inspection by the relevant government departments as well as public supervision.
　
Article 3 The Ministry of Commerce and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce publicize the following contents through website for direct selling industry administration:
