After the Circular of the State Administration of Taxation Concerning Issues on Strengthening the Tax Administration of Automobiles (Guo Shui Fa [2005] No. 79) was issued, some local authorities, for the convenience of the tax authorities at the grassroots level, request the State Administration to specify the style, size and place to affix of the code seals of the competent tax authorities, the time of implementation and other specific issues.
