All private equity fund managers,
In order to regulate the private equity investment fund business, protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, and promote the healthy development of private investment fund industry, in accordance with the Law on Securities Investment Funds and as authorized by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Measures for the Registration of Private Equity Fund Managers and the Record-filing of Funds (for Trial Implementation), formulated by the Asset Management Association of China, are hereby promulgated.
