The State Council decides to revise the Measures for Reporting Balance of Payments Statistics as below:
I. The Article 2 is revised as: "The scope of reporting balance of payments statistics covers all and any economic transactions between Chinese residents and non-Chinese residents as well as the status of foreign financial assets and liabilities of Chinese residents."
