To all relevant insurance companies:
Pursuant to the Circular on Issues Concerning the Implementation of Classified Regulation of Insurance Companies (Bao Jian Fa [2008] No. 120) and the Circular on Printing and Distributing Tentative Measures for Classified Regulation of Branches of Insurance Companies (Bao Jian Fa [2010] No. 45), the China Insurance Regulatory Commission will include the following companies into the scope of implementation of classified supervision from the first quarter of 2013:
