The Decision on Revising the Provisions on the Investment Scope of Self-operating Securities Business of Securities Companies and the Relevant Issues is hereby promulgated and shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation.

I. Paragraph 1 of Article 2 is revised as "For developing self-operating securities business, a securities company may buy and sell securities included in the List of Self-operating Investment Varieties of Securities Companies attached to these Provisions."
