Decisions of the Standing Committee of Guangdong Provincial People's Congress on Amendment to the Administratively Mandatory Provisions under Regulations of Guangdong Province on Environment Protection and Treatment of Solid Waste Pollution and other Six Regulations (these "Decisions") have been ratified by the thirty-first meeting of the standing committee of the eleventh People's Congress of Guangdong Province on January 9, 2012 and are hereby promulgated and come into force on the same day.

For the purpose of implementing the Administrative Coercion Law of the People's Republic of China, and safeguarding the unification of the legal system, the standing committee of the eleventh People's Congress of Guangdong Province has decided to make amendments to the Administratively Mandatory Provisions under the Regulations of Guangdong Province on Environment Protection and Treatment of Solid Waste Pollution and other Six Regulations as follows:
