Opinions on Implementing the Decisions of the State Council on Doing a Good Job in the Cleaning-up and Rectification of All Varieties of Trading Floors

The administrations for industry and commerce of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government,

For the purposes of implementing the Decisions of the State Council on Cleaning up and Rectification of All Varieties of Trading Floors to Effectively Prevent Financial Risks (Guo Fa [2011] No. 38, hereinafter referred to as the Decisions), giving full play to role of industrial and commercial administration, further standardizing the procedure of registering the establishment of exchanges, and coordinating actively in the clean-up and rectification of all varieties of trading floors, the following opinions are hereby put forward:

I.To earnestly organize the study of the Decisions and fully understand the significance and urgency of cleaning-up and rectification of all varieties of trading floors
The Decisions have further specified the responsibilities for supervising over and policy limits of various trading floors and emphasized all work for well cleaning up and rectifying all varieties of trading floors, and have an important practical effect on and far-reaching significance for preventing financial risks, regulating market order, maintaining social stability, and protecting lawful rights and interests of investors.
