Decision of the Standing Committee of Shanghai Municipal People's Congress on Repealing Some Local Regulations of This Municipality adopted at the 20th Session of the Standing Committee of the 13th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress on July 30, 2010 are hereby promulgated and shall be effective as of date of issuance.

The 20th Session of the Standing Committee of the 13th Shanghai Municipal People's Congress has decided to repeal the following regulations:
