Decision of Shanghai Municipal People's Government on Repealing 27 Rules of the Municipal People's Government Including the Procedures of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Cable TV adopted at the 92 session of Shanghai Municipal People's Government Executive Meeting on December 6, 2010 are hereby promulgated and shall be effective as of issuance.

The Municipal People's Government has decided to repeal the following 27 rules of the Municipal People's Government upon deliberation:
I. Procedures on Implementing the Interim Provisions About Handling of Train's Collision with Other Vehicles and Casualty Accidents Involving People Excluding Railway Staff and Passengers (Approved and Transmitted by Shanghai Municipal People's Government on June 28, 1984)
II. Procedures of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Air Guns and Shotguns (Promulgated by Shanghai Municipal People's Government on December 4, 1985)
III. Procedures of Shanghai Municipality on Foreign-invested Enterprises' Enjoyment of Preferential Treatment for Technology-intensive and Knowledge-intensive Projects (Promulgated by Shanghai Municipal People's Government on April 3, 1988, amended and re-promulgated by Shanghai Municipal People's Government on December 14, 1999, and amended and re-promulgated according to Order of Shanghai Municipal People's Government No.119 issued on April 1, 2002)
